Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is:
- Damaged: broken into bits and pieces
- Defective: for particular items, parts that aren't watertight
- Wrong: models or colours
Please note that we produce our goods with 3D printers, there might be a slight unevenness on the surfaces due to the nature of printing layer by layer (you might not actually notice). We do not consider this as damaged or defective.
If you receive a wrong or damaged/defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider damaged/defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll notify you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
