Shipping & Payment
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Thailand. Any shipments outside of Thailand are not available at this time. We aim to ship to the UK and Europe in the future.
Order Processing Times
We produce all items with 3D printers, on demand. We rarely have items in stock, so almost every order is technically a pre-order. But don’t worry, the printing process doesn’t take long at all as it would take a few hours to process. If there’s no high level of demand, there’s no long queue, meaning that your order will be ready to dispatch the very next day!
However, if we’re unable to process your order within 3-7 days, we’ll notify you via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Thailand: 3-10 business days
We will do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 10 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At the moment, we only accept payment via Stripe and bank transfers.
We made all products from PLA, a renewable and degradable vegetable-based plastic material, which commonly uses cornstarch as a raw material.
For now, the only very important thing to keep in mind:
PLEASE DO NOT USE HOT WATER WITH ANY PRODUCTS AS PLA WARPS AT 60-65 °C (140-150 °F).
For vases, there may be a small amount of water inside the items since we normally run some tests before dispatch to make sure there's no leakage (watertight).
Please note that we produce our goods with 3D printers, there might be a slight unevenness on the surfaces due to the nature of printing layer by layer (you might not actually notice). We do not consider this as damaged or defective.

To minimise waste, we ship packages without a physical invoice since you get a digital one via email. We attempt to use only recyclable or biodegradable materials as cushions and adhesive; shredded paper, honeycomb paper, kraft paper tape, etc. Occasionally, in great conditions, shipping boxes may be reused. We print the information attached in the package on recycled paper.
